Calico Housing

After a successful pilot, completed on time and within budgetary constraints, we were appointed as a partner for this scheme of works. We sat down and worked together with Calico to compile a programme of works that would allow for sustainable development whilst factoring in whole life cycle costing and provide the most effective way to ensure that properties were brought up to the Decent Homes Standard. The works include window replacement, external elevation repairs, electrical upgrades and rewires, heating installation, roof repairs and kitchen and bathroom replacement with associated decorative finishes. Work on this partnership is being undertaken in conjunction with GM Procure.
