Lee Valley Housing Association

The pilot scheme consisted of the removal of the existing kitchen fixtures and installing new kitchen fixtures and fittings. Associated works included floor tiling and partial tiling to walls together with teh upgrading of the kitchens electrical installations within 223 occupied properties. Following the successful completition of the pilot, Lee Valley were happy to extend the contract by awarding an additional 269 kitchen installations and 50 bathrooms to occupied properties, together with associated works including floor tiling and partial tiling to walls together with the upgrading of the kitchens electrical installations as in the previous phase of works. This scheme of work was procured through the Fusion21 strategic partnership.
